Payment is accepted via Paypal, If you do not have a Paypal account, don’t worry, just click on the Paypal link and it will direct you to standard credit card options.
Payment should be made within 5 calendar days, and we will only start processing the order when it’s been paid for.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via GOGO DELIVERY.
Please take note that your package will be mailed to you from 5〜7 business days after purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns/refunds on any product(s).
If you piece arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt, we will replace your order as soon as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In some cases there may be a slight difference between the products in the photograph and the products you receive in your order. The photographs are taken as an example of the piece you will receive and while great care is taken to replicate our designs, because we hand-make each piece, there will be slight differences in the recreation of that design. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us and we will do our utmost to remedy the situation. Thank you for understanding the nature of hand-made.
